1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EmailSigPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

EmailSigPro is a web-based platform that allows users to create, manage, and export professional HTML email signatures. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Provided at no charge with limited features. We may change free plan limits at any time with 30 days' notice.

Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial periods.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. Contact support within 7 days of your first charge.

Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout based on your location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create signatures impersonating others or containing false information
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
  • Use the AI features to generate spam, phishing content, or misleading communications

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (signatures, uploaded images, custom text). You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to provide the Service.

Our IP: The Service, including templates, software, and branding, is owned by EmailSigPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or templates outside your authorised use.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI features (taglines, CTAs, optimisation suggestions) are powered by third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI output.

8. Team & Agency Features

Agency plan subscribers who invite team members are responsible for ensuring members comply with these Terms. The account owner is liable for all activities of team members added to their workspace.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailSigPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
